(Couldn't find that on IMDB -- are you sure that's a title of a film? -- If so, is he a jazz musician 'cause I can figure on a link based on that, otherwise:

No I wasn't ! When I saw Byrd, I thought I was in word association. Roger Mcguin played for the Byrds....

It was a typo -- "Bird" is correct -- Birdland was named after Charlie Bird.
Also, I goofed and didn't see Equus' "That Thing You Do" so I'd better lay off the Merlot! Laughing
