Welcome back.
I'm at the point where research is fruitless (been down all the paths) with my current thought processes ... thought a fresh look thru someone else's eyes would help. It would be a gas to have this group at the ranch ... together face-to-face! They would probably have to rebuild the place after that! 
So what are your thoughts about TTH's suggestion? Went back and saw you were on last nite, but you didn't say one way or the other
