Toots I went to the U.S. National archive for the date on Lincoln's signature designating this as Idaho Territory (I think it was April 63), and Virginia City wasn't platted until mid-June 1863.

This was one of the reasons why I didn't post my answers following the deadline. Feelings could get hurt and friendships might be compromised. There was a proposal in the final two weeks that we collaborate as a team outside the forum and this was shot down. I wonder what we could have done together? Confused
