Howdy Unkie ... it's like nite and day here from what we had Friday and Saturday. Yesterday it almost hit 60 ... most of the snow and ice is gone. Why couldn't this have come two days earlier? Mad Whatcha got for breakfast ... Toot-Toot has the coffee ready!

You posted at 6:27 (CST) that you had it ready ... now 40 minutes later it's all gone! Girl you must be bouncing off the walls ... unless you make decaf. Tell me you DON"T drink decaf! Rolling Eyes

It's supposed to hit the mid 40's here today and some rain, 50's by the end of the week. I just hope that things don't melt too fast, we don't need any flooding.
As for breakfast, what do you feel like?

I'm an old-fashioned meat and taters kinda guy. My favorite is grits and sausage gravy. The wife makes it on Sunday mornings and it's to die for! Good thing I only eat breakfast on Sat and Sun. Usually just a coffee IV the rest of the week.

The operative phrase being "to die for", I'm pretty much the same way, usually OJ and coffee during the week and meat, eggs and home fries on the weekend. Neither my wife nor doctor like either scenario. Laughing Laughing

OK, two eggs over easy (fried in bacon grease), side of bacon, home fries with sauteed onions and peppers, biscuits and a pot of coffee. Anything else darlin'??? Laughing Laughing Laughing

She pan sears the Jimmy Dean sausage and drains it. Then adds flour and corn starch with some of the drippings and her special seasonings. It thickens and I have her put it right on top of the grits ... two over-easy chicken embryos on the side and an order of toast. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Damn ... now I have to clean this drool out of my keyboard!

And Unkie ... we only live once and I'm a firm believer in quality over quantity.
