Help needed on Marlboro contest question II

But, once I am based in Denver, we'll be doing west coast flying. I think Spokane is the closest we'll be to SEA. Mainly California stuff.

#40? It seems a lot of people have the same answers for that one, such as LBJ Ranch, Ft. Leavenworth, etc.... Just wondering why those were chosen....
