Which one? We had the flood and then 2 wind storms. The 1st wind storm was pretty bad. I think they clocked the gusts at 60 mph. I don't like the wind storms because I have 11 big really big 100+ feet fir trees in my front and back yard.

To save time ... let's have the cummulative summary.
I didn't have any damage from the flooding. But there were huge lakes created in people's yards and I am talking big lakes. Ducks were swimming in them. One area that was just flatened to put in new houses was totally under water. I don't think I would want to buy a house there when they build them. Sad part is whoever goes to buy it when they do build them won't know anything about the flood.
flu are you trying to tell me I talk too much?
toot toot is making me giddy
does anyone know what LYL means?
Actually, they would know ... the area would be designated as "in the flood plain" for insurance purposes and would be revealed at closing. The developer probably won't say anything, but the system protects us sometimes.

They usually don't know. I have already seen it happen when we had the last bad flood. They built the houses anyway and when it rained those houses had water in them.
Gonna have to leave for a couple of hours. Off-site meeting and no pooter access.

When I bought my acre I read the title from page to page and in it it said there were electical wires where there weren't any. The electrical company had already disconnected those. New ones from a different electrical company were installed somewhere else on the property. It said there was a radio tower on the property, there was no radio tower. There was one about 15 years ago. I had to submit paperwork to have that stuff removed and had to get a new title.
ok I am back and now you are leaving, take it easy Flumoxed.

Well I was locked out and couldn't post after I sent the site a ticket asking why they locked it and if it was because of my post. They emailed me they were reviewing my ticket so I was temporarily unable to post I guess while they looked it over.
HERE................
They aren't done with my ticket though. They will notify me when they decide which action is appropriate.
