We had to put her to sleep. She was older (by Malamute standards) and couldn't take the hot summers we have. This was back in 2000. Still miss her a lot!

It's hard to let go of a pet, we had to put two down a couple of years ago. one was a dobie/shepard mix he was 17 and the other was my wifes 15 year old dachshund. She still cries over losing him.
