I posted earlier that we've been real lucky with the weather here. All the bad weather has missed us. It was supposed to rain for the last three days but it has only been cloudy.

yeah it really sucks. been doing this since april. hopefully the real estate market will pick up soon.


The market here has slowed considerably. I think it's because they're building so many new homes that the existing homes are just sitting. Our next door neighbor put thier house on the market in Oct. and I don't think they've had more than 6 people look at it. But, I think the asking price has a lot to do with it.

the market is supposed to improve come march. you're right about the asking price. keep hoping our lucky numbers come up!!!! :wink:
