How much do you guys pay to get your oil changed or do you do it yourself?
If you do it yourself do you know what it cost where you live?

TTH - For standard grade oil ... anywhere between $17~28.

I have to pay $65 something
synthetic oil is what I use

Well last night yeah I did.

In yesterdays cars evry 3000 to 4000 miles and in todays cars every 5000 miles is when I change the oil and I do it myself. $30.00 get both cars done and then I go down the street and recycle the old oil at the gas station where I get the car inspected. I can do three cars
with the oil but I need to get the filters at auto zone.
I also get my brake pads there and they give you new ones for free after you bring the old ones back in so they can just replace the worn pads on them. :wink:

yeah and watch out for the ones with the overhead cam in them. this requiers a timing belt every 60,000 miles ,
cause if you dont the timing belt goes and then the crankshaft rods start to fly out of places they aren't supposed to. :wink:
