OK here's the real question ... Is arguing on the internet an effective way to make a point?

Yeah it is! ...only if you want to bump your head against the wall....I wouldn't suggest it though

I think I understand.
But is arguing in person a better way to make a point?
Maybe it's the arguing part that's bad.
Good discussion ... what say ye Coon!
it would be nice if people listened a little more....
in general, of course, not here!

off the subject...
I'm packing for Mexico. Do I pack the flowery sexy sundress, that I feel exposed in, like when I bend over...
Or do I pack the plaid sundress that is cute and covers more, and I feel more comfortable in?
Wait I think I just answered my question, even though the males may not agree.....
I would rather address issues in person ... you can tell a great deal from intonation and body language ... even over the phone you can pick things up from voice inflection. Over the internet you lose these clues and when spell-check doesn't work properly meanings could change dramatically! You prolly won't catch me arguing a point here. Now, trying to make a point is a different story!
I think you are good at making points, ox, I think the problem alot of times, is that some people won't get a point even if you put it on a stick and jab them with it.
I'd do the flowery sexy...but I don't do dresses enough to know

Do you want to impress others or feel comfortable?

I know exactly what you mean ... but as I passed to Red yesterday, we all have our own personal "truths".
I'm much more for comfort. And really, the boyfreind is easy to please. A dress will be enough for him.
So Who's been to Mexico? And when men are to be wearing long pants to dinner, what are the women wearing?
