I don't know about the rest of you, but I think New Years sucks.
I am spending it in a sleeping bag because I volunteered to help with the dogs. By the time Christmas was here and gone, I had all the dogs giving me kisses. Some of them slobbered, that was kinda icky.

Yup! that's basically our plan too. Santa brought a couple of John Wayne DVD's for Christmas.

John Wayne .... are you and Coon "brothers"? Laughing Don't know yet which ones we'll see. I made the mistake of taking the wife to see Apocalypto last week. I enjoyed it for it's accuracy, she hated it due to the graphic violence. If that doesn't make you squeamish, you should definitely give it a look! :wink:

It's tough for me to watch them. When I first saw "The Shootist" it was already out that he was dying of lung cancer. Had to watch it knowing that ... good movie though!

I liked The Shootist and The Cowboys, they were both filmed when he had cancer and he was killed off in both of them, but my favorites were the ones he made in the 50's and 60's.

Some of my favorites will give you an idea ... National Treasure, all the Indiana Jones movies, The Natural, Bruce Almighty, Liar Liar, etc. That should give you an idea. :wink:
