Angel,
Where are you. I have missed you. I never did go back to myspace yet. I am in the middle of getting kicked off Ebay. What nerve. I am not backing down on that one though. The bully that is trying to get me kicked off for his own vindictive reason picked on the wrong person.

Mayebe - about pm's
I did try to pm you but I don't meet the requirements to pm. You have to be on the site for a period of time or something in order to send pm's.

After reading posts on here, I have a hard time believing some of you actually believe you are going to win. Do you live in the real world or in a world of your own? What other contests have you ever won. I don't mean in grade school either?

So, what you are telling me is you didn't bother to read the rules of this site or the FAQ section? Are you sure you read the tiny little print in the Marlboro rules and you followed each and everyone of them?

to the person who sent me a pm
Sorry, I cannot reply because I don't meat the requirements for sending or responding to pm's. I've been watching this forum for awhile, I just didn't post. I originally was sitting back and deciding if I wanted to post. I saw people talking back and forth about sending pm's to each other (looking for answers not now sharing) saw people giving wrong answers or bad clues and saw references to lurkers and decided I didn't want to post until after the contest was over. I figure its better to not post at all that to be misleading or only pm certain people.

On another note, I think living out west is definitely a positive in these Marlboro contests.

I have to agree on the west part. Did you feel you would not have been welcomed to join in?

No, I just think some people weren't playing nice or fair and I decided I didn't want to be a part of that. I opted to just view the boards and not be part of the group(s). Sometimes it seemed there were clicks and it reminded me way to much of school

How do you know those people were giving wrong answers or clues?
Maybe they thought they had the right one and were not doing it on purpose.
Also, the pm's were not all sharing clues. Most that I know of did not share clues or answers. The pm's were laughing at our own dumb mistakes or telling the other person "hey that was brilliant, not (just having fun).

If you sat back and read then you should know yes we had disagreements, ben said it quite nicely and well put, but a lot of the problems were misunderstandings.
I wasn't always nice to some people, but when I realized it I apologized and most accepted.

Sorry you missed out. You really did you know. Take it from me the one who was nice and sincere, but also mad as heck sometimes and even cried and posted it. The majority of people on here are very nice and if I didn't think so I would not post it or come back. There would be no reason to. I am not in this contest. So, I can just leave and not look back, but I got to know a little about these people on here and overall enjoyed their company.
They made me laugh so hard and also cry so hard. Overall, I would do it again.

No name ideas anyone (doitagain) Razz

Some of the answers seemed so wrong to me that I assumed people were trying to be misleading. I didn't stop to think that they thought the answers were actually right. If the pm's were not sharing clues, why weren't they just posting on the board? Anyway, I just decided to share my answers and the reasons that I picked them so people could check them out if they want. Got to go.

I agree with TTH. The people on the site are great, and a bunch of good friends. TTH is someone that gives and gives, but asks nothing in return. I think most of us are that way. TTH is the best though! Very Happy

There is absolutely no one that is mean spirited on this board. A great bunch of people that would not intentionally hurt anyone.

Yeah, and that's why I'm so PO'ed. I've been a manager of people for over fifteen years, and you never reprimand an employee in front of others, especially a client. TTH your discription for a scorpio had one thing correct. I am very tolerant but I can only take so much then I have a short fuse. I was very professional and held my tongue and defended my position with facts and figures, and proved my case. But he never acknowledged I was right and he never apoligized. I've got some thinking to do tonight and some decisions to make. I'll talk things over with my wife (she my best advisor) and then I'll tell the little b*****d to F*** O**.
I really appreciate you ladies letting me rant on like this, it's nice to have someone to talk with.

Before making a drastic decision sometimes it is better just to wait a few days so you don't act on the anger, but rather good judgement. My opinion is all.[/qu

TTH, thanks for your concern. I was just spouting off letting off some steam. I went out and had one drink and a nice dinner, then called my wife to talk things over. After we talked about my day she told me that my old boss had called my home and needed to talk to me.
I called him when I got back to my hotel and he offered me my old job back. I don't believe in miracles or fate or whatever you might called it, but this is really weird. I'm going to meet him on Saturday and see what's up.
I just wanted to thank you for for support and let you know I'm not going to do anything stupid.

The pm's and not posting them on the board= some people not comfortable
with pointing out for so many to see the mistake they just made and by using the pm hoping no one noticed. Otherwise, saying something stupid and not posting it in the open. Hope that makes sense.
I know I did some really dumb things, but then again I posted them.
The people on here (this social elite) I think someone called them are very nice if you join in and get to know them. Maybe you don't want to. I don't know.
