Hi, TTH, I'm running slow tonight.

Horse, you say it's like watching your kid. So another probably dumb question:

Is this one of those big races where you actually have to hire a jockey?

yup....and its his first race....the first thang he seen when he was born was me and i been there for 3 years with him....if you ever feel ok with givin me your email addy i will send you a pic of him

Another question or two - what are the length of the laps? 1/4 mile, 1 mile?
and how many do they run?

yes he is mine and hubbys.....you know if there is a casino in your area you can even watch the race here and bet on my horse lol

I really do live in Wisconsin. I'm about an hour from Canterbury Downs in Minnesota, but it's not a horse race track anymore! They turned it into a greyhound race track the last time I heard. I went there a few times when it was horse races. They still have the TVs with betting and horse races there, though, as far as I know.

Have you ever heard of that race track?

running that far would be the Thoughrobred races....mine is an American Quarter horse....he will run like 350 yards...we will see how he does there and if needed we will run him longer the next time.....you only want to run one race about every 2 weeks or so.....a quarter horse runs 350 yards in like 14 seconds

What is your horses' name? I will bet on him, but can you explain how? Simple terms, no horse language because I don't know it. Also, when is this race?

I love quarterhorses. Those are my favorites. When I buy a horse, and I will, it will be a quarterhorse. I love barrels and poles the best!

i will have to let you know what day the race will be on....i will find out like a week or 2 befor.....all i know so far is next month...his name is Highclass Dancer Two...his dad was Highclass Dancer and his mom is Somekindofmissy
