There was a commercial for a cleaning product, I believe it was Comet or one of those sink cleansers. The kids are being pulled behind a power boat in the raft you see, and there mother is on the dock scrubbing a frying pan which she plans on using for frying fish later in the day. She holds the frying pan up to the camera and says, "Comet....nothing cleans better!"
Just then, the raft comes zipping by, and the cat, which had been sleeping, is thrown from the boat by the force of a wave and propelled through the air where he strikes the kettle and breaks its neck.
It was chaos.
They had to discard the cat and start the commercial all over.
I'm surprised you had never heard that story. Both Leno and Letterman covered the story.
It is so sad that we are witnessing the last seconds of that poor cat's life.
I wonder what his name was?

These are amazing people, Green Witch. It is our version of the "British Thread".
This is a subculture of A2K, Green Witch. These people have their own agenda and are not cognitive of the A2K world in general. They talk about horses and stuff and have some sort of cigarette game going.
But they seem harmless and I have learned to love them as if they were my own family.
Wow Gus you have followers...I'm impressed...Green Witch we all actually began here because we are participating in the Marlboro contest (win a trip to the Marlboro ranch and million $)...that's how it started but then we became friends and this board actually turned more social...just throwin' the BS around

It's just weird to see the names of people who have posted a couple of thousand times and I have no idea who they are. It's like they are locked in this thread. Come out, come out and play with the rest of us....
