From the deep dark depths of my soul
I cry in pain for those I have lost
He mocks me, he is that bold
He doesn't care of the cost.
He lurks in his awful black slime
He laughs as he causes pain
On my most inner pain he dines
Keep your madness, God help me stay sane
He preys on the feelings of mortals
He laughs at his unspeakable games
Coming from the depths of his hellfire portal
To prey on those who are not at blame.
Where can I run and hide?
He laughs as I try
I refuse to be his morbid bride
But no way out when I die.
I cling to life because of him I am afraid
He laughs to see my fear
Death, the ultimate price I will pay
And he laughs as I cry.
That is some heavy stuff, Lanaia.
I could feel the pain, the fear and the dread within your words. I personally think that it is quite difficult for a writer to express the emotions you have without ever truly feeling them first. In this, I hope you have found peace within the talent you have regardless of the journey it took to get this far.
keep writing....I like it
