I have switched to using a laptop. Dell inspiron 1100
After about 2 mintues of non use, the screen goes black and I am assuming that is a battery saver option??
How can I change those kinds of settings?
My Computer/Control Panel/Power Options....turn off monitor....Never, 1 min, 2min...etc...
You should be able to configure profiles which cause the machine to behave differently when connected to wall power than it does when running on battery. The setting control panel for that is prolly accessible via right-clicking the power icon in the system tray and selecting something like "Settings"or "Profile" ... also should be directly accessible via Start>Settings>Control Panel>Power Options.
