two choices

Hi,
I would like to know where the article "two Choices" originally came from? the article was submitted here at "Able 2Know.com by "as1929".

I was interested in if the father and family who gave that first story... would let me us their story--re-publish it on a non-profit web site for persons with disabilies. If anyone knows where the original story was printed (published) email me with the details-- at [email protected]-- with subject line of "attention- two choices"

thanks for any help you can give-- I was impresssed by the story and work with persons with disabilities and it was a moving story.
