I'm thinking about writing a book entitled "A proposition to a final answer to the question of God, creation and the purpose of life", subtitled "The most pretentious book of our age".
You think I could pull it off?
More importantly, Cyracuz, do YOU think you can pull it off? <smile>
See? Phoenix is already a supporter.
Well, honey, if you think you can, go for it. That's all it takes to make a bestseller.
I'm certain there are more than a few contributors here who could help you if you suddenly feel an attack of humility.
If you want to go for some real sophistication, you can title your book in the manner of old-school Anglo-American tweed-jacket scholars by ditching the subtitle but expanding the main title: "A proposition to a final answer to the question of God, creation and the purpose of life: wherein the author shall ________." I've always been mightily impressed by titles like that.
...wherein the author shall let it rip..
Yes, there are a number of contributors around here. A shame I don't know who they are, so they can't get credit
