I spent several days recently studying "again" the book of revelations.
I have learned some very interesting things.
I still have more studying to do though.
I will reveal that the mark of the beast and the "image" of the beast is a camera or eye.
The camera is implanted on the hand or on the forehead. The purpose of the camera is to direct the person in place of the inner spirit directing them. Thus the "image" of the beast.
It was the book of revelations itself that revealed what the mark and image of the beast was. It is an "eye". I thought for days on this. My first thought was antlers. My logic on this is that most beasts have antlers. Then I noticed the answer right in the pages of the book. I did not even have to speculate.
Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four
beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Comment: It is interesting to note that this "camera/eye" may have been implanted in some by spiritual means many years ago.
I have realized that much of the book of revelations has already happened.
People are quick to put themselves in the middle of revelations and wrath but I will say that it is not an easy task recognizing where today's Christian fits into the imagery of the book of revelation.
For instance it is tempting to take the "seven churches" spoken of in revelation and assume that John was talking about the first century churches. Well that is simply incorrect from my point of view.
The seven churches were old testament churches and in no way relate to the Christian church of the first century.
Give that this all some consideration.
As for the number of the beast. I have always thought that to be the Roman numeral system...
