						Anyone here a gym junkie or instructor or familiar with the Les Mills Body Exercises Range -
- Step
- Pump
- Combat
- Balance
- Attack 
- Jam
I'm currently doing the first four and love them!  I would like to discuss these with any of those who do them - your experience, love them, hate them? I am thinking about taking up Attack and Jam - what are they like?
					
				 
				
						
														
					
												My wife was a certified BodyPump instructor.
I don't like it. I don't think they pay enough attention to form and merely focus on speed... which is a good way to do serious damage to yourself.
