Turbo Pascal RTE 200 when using CRT

I need your help. I installed turbo pascal in my comp. Windows 98 for programming with turbo pascal and fox.

I can run programs without the CRT. but when I use it, it compiles okay its just that running it the RTE 200 comes out. I need help in fixing it.
