I cleaned the computer thanks to able2know experts.
It runs better, no pop ups and other annoying stuff.
I have the SpyBor resident on my computer. It warns me every time something tries to plant things it has in balcklist.
Every time I start Netzero - I have several warnings.
Once Explorer starts - I have 7-10 more warnings.
Thera are attmpts to install things like winstall.exe and SearchAssistant which are in the blacklist.
Does that mean that Netzero and Microsoft have and agreeement with yackware companies ?
No, it does not, as no such condition obtains. However, I suspect strongly that it does indicate you might wanna open Spybot S&D (assuming that's what you mean when you say " ... I have the SpyBor resident on my computer ... "), select "Immunize", then from the dropdown select "Block all bad pages silently".
thanks, I will do so.
But what is the reason there is an attempt to install searchAsistant every time I open Netzero?

Because a version of "MySearchAssistant" is a component of NetZero's proprietary software; NetZero derives revenue from its users' employment of that "service", which is why they bundle it. NetZero is not alone in that; among others, the same is the case with AOL. That's one of the prices you pay for using software from outfits of that sort.
