Works Suite 2006 Calendar feature

Having entered the necessary information about an appointment and requested notification the day before the appointment occurs, I now want to add a note to the entry. Is there any way to do this, or do I have to delete the entry and start from scratch, adding the new information?

You should be able to double click the entry and add the information as needed.
