My child is in second grade and is learning about the State of Texas. He now knows about the flag, flower, bird, and tree.
Their homework for today is to figure out what the state wood is. Said it has 2 p's in the word and ends with wood.
Is this a joke or is there really a state wood? Help please.
Maybe this is what they mean.
