Looking for a win32 decompiler, preferably one that translates into C...any sugs?

REC is a portable reverse engineering compiler, or decompiler. It reads an executable file, and attempts to produce a C-like representation of the code and data used to build the executable file.

What does "best" mean in this context? It works, what else do you want? I don't think decompilers are a lot of use myself.
