How do I compute a cumulative distribution using Matlab7?

I am doing my project in tissue optics, which also has a small simulation attached. The basic idea is to simulate the transport of photons in a turbid medium(like living tissue). My program code(in C) gives me the time of flight for each individual photon. So if I send, lets say, 10,000 photons, the program would give me an array of 10,000 elements(of double datatype). Now I want to plot this data in the form of a cumulative distribution, i.e. I want a plot of number of photons(y-axis) versus time of flight(x axis). Does Matlab7 provide a way to do this?
