please help!!!!!

recently, my system had crashed because of a worm called w32.rontokbro@mm. it kind of replicates itself (everytime you create a new folder) with the folder icon so you will be mistaken to think that it is just another folder. actually it is an .exe file that does not allow me to run any other .exe file...everytime i even try, my system just restarts. also it does not allow even the admin to install norton antivirus. i am not able to find any tool on the net that can rid me of it.
can anyone help me out...give me a few links where i can find tools to remove this worm?
