numerous documents were filed in my divorce case (by MY lawyer) without my knowledge or approval. Yes, I believe this caused me a great deal of damage.
How would a lay person like me go about changing the LAW so that all documents filed had to be signed and certified by BOTH the client AND their council?
Or, tell me why this would be a bad idea?
I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. Instead of trying to change the law, why aren't you just suing the guy for malpractice?
