Contract with freelancer safe if signed before incoporating?

Hi,
I signed a contact with a freelancer to work on my new business website and graphics too.
My company is brand new.
I filed the papers for incorporating after the contact was signed with this freelancer.
So do we need to sign a new contact with her name and the company name instead of my name?
