We have had our share of flooding here, the mississippi river and them flash floods are the worst. You cant see them coming and when you hear them its too late, you cant outrun water. In a valley you are in a bad place for that to happen, mudslides. I just worry that if knock on wood that if you went out there and something came your way nobody will be able to help you or even know where you are.
