I am back. They just announced on the news the puyallup overflowed. How far back and how long did I already say that and they are just announcing it. That pisses me off, sorry. There are towns right in the path of the puyallup. The news should have announced that when I told you the county emergency team was called out. It may be late for the town of orting to get out.

I can't leave. My husband would kill me. I don't even know where to go. I have never seen it this bad. Someone that just called said the news showed the flooding of some of the streets and people were laughing. It isn't funny, they should laugh, the death toll is going to add up. I just hope the guys in our county can help the towns in the path. That town does have an emergency siren so I hoped the pushed the button or they have no where to go. Thanks ya guys. It is just scary when you don't really have all the info and people call me asking what to do.

The mountain is packed with snow and all the rain is now causing all the rivers to overflow. Landslides are happening, the river is over the bridges,
cars are being swept away. They are closing roads all over the place. My husband right before he left said he was pretty sure our friends will lose their house. Those were one of the ones I was talking on the phone as they were getting out. I could tell they knew in the sound of their voice.

The rain is still coming down hard. I mean real hard. The bridge I am talking about that is under water is at least 30 feet above the water normally. They are expecting it to rise at least 6 more feet. I can't call my husband since he is the one helping coordinating the evacuations. I just have to sit and wait for him to call.

I haven't heard back from my friend who's daughter called from within the car and said she doesn't think she is going to make it. I hope she survives.
cell phones don't work where I live because I am in a valley.

The rain will go away...what's going on is very scary...but you have to keep you safe.....Grab some emergency supplies just in case,,,Flash light..water..tarp..warm clothes ....cell phone. stay put..until you have to leave...get up to the roof....
