I am in puyallup. The last call was from a friend who said her daughter called from her car and the car was getting flooded. She said she doesn't think she is going to make it. She is hysterical and crying. phone again. I wish I weren't alone.

TTH if you need to.... bundle up warm...and head to the roof....make sure you take plenty of water, a tarp and a cell phone...But only if you need too
