i am just so confused, if you ask me, just for making that statement they should throw his a** back in jail!!!! if i were a lawyer i would try to het him on premeditation of rape because he said he would do it. if i were her i would press charges again because he made that statement publicly. how is she supposed to know if he would do it again???
