Do your homework; going NTFS has both advantages and disadvantages, and its a one-way trip; ain't no goin' back once you've made the switch - short of format and reinstall. Among other considerations, be aware that FAT32 machines cannot access NTFS files, so if you're gonna be networking your machine, that could be a factor. Also, converting a FAT32 drive to NTFS can introduce you to some pretty interesting things, of the sort most folks would really rather not deal with.
