@Region Philbis,
I may be coming around to your way of thinking.

@ehBeth,
The birds are behaving like in spring here (I don't mean just the singing!)

Rhys and I were on sacristan duty for the 10:00 AM Christmas service.
We drove to St. Pat's in white-out conditions. Scary.

You certainly got warmed up with all the arrangements and getting the accessories in the timely and correct order for a solemn mass. Wink

At 7:30 pm, on the 30th of December, nearly 12° Celsius, 53° Fahrenheit.
And according to the forecast, that's about the temperature tomorrow night, at midnight 2017/2018!

@Walter Hinteler,
Warmer today all the way up into the mid-twenties (Fahrenheit). Expected to be breezy and about 14 or 15° tomorrow night as the ball droops in Times Square. Cold for the upcoming week too.

@Sturgis,
We made it up to 36 today after being in the mid-teens the last few nights with the same forecast tonight. We had a dusting of snow last night.
The birds are mad at me because I ran out of seed for the feeders. I was hoping someone would stop by today so I could restock. Alas, no. Perhaps tomorrow.
My solar panels pretty much took the day off. Sunday it is supposed to start clearing and Monday is supposed to be sunny.

@Walter Hinteler,
We're having either the third coldest or a figured tie with second place. Occasional wind gusts add to the fun.

I love watching the weather reports. They put the poor noobies out there in
Siberian conditions. Welcome to the big time, kiddo.
