It feels like a big soggy weight has been lifted from our shoulders.

Cloudy with showers?
Variable cloudiness ?

That barely qualifies as weather.

When did we move to Saturn? We drive one, dear. It's not the same thing.

Hmph.

I had enough sun to just *start* to relax, all the better to feel the full brunt of the rain, rain, rain, hail, (!), and more rain that was today.

Pout.

While we haven't had hail, our sun was brief. We had had flurries of sun yesterday and today was partially sunny with big dramatic clouds. zTomrrow has a 20% chance of rain - rain's expected until monday. At least it's rain showers, not monsoon.

We had a monsoon for a while, which truth be told I like better than the drizzly dribbly stuff. A bit of drama helps. I was driving at the time and it was like being inside a car wash. Windshield wipers going full speed and utterly ineffectual. That was cool.

(I was driving on local side streets, not the freeway or anything -- that happened to me recently [monsoon on the freeway], and that was more drama than I really needed, thankyouverymuch. Came through it fine tho.)
