millsberryaddict, posting an email address you care about on a public forum like this is not a particularly good idea; its among the best ways there is to get your inbox swamped with spam, due to bots that crawl forums looking for email addresses to harvest. Up to you, of course, and naturally if that's a throw-away email address then it doesn't matter - just figured you might want to know.
As long as I'm here, I've noticed something else, too - a bunch of Millsberry-related things have been locked or removed, and a bunch of individual posts have "disappeared" ... that sorta thing doesn't happen by accident, it happens most often due to a violation of this website's rules - there's a link to those rules, labled
Disclaimer - Terms of Use down at the bottom center of every page here. Whether you realize it or not, those rules were presented to you when you signed up for membership here, and you acknowledged you were aware of and agreed to abide by those rules when you joined.
Those rules prohibit stuff like promotion or solicitation of any kind, posting links to your own website or blog or to any website in which you have an administrational or proprietary interest, spam, porn, hatespeech, flaming, gratuitous vulgarity, copyright violation or any other breach of law, and deliberately disruptive posting - and thats about all that doesn't make the cut here.
In short, you can't invite folks to join some other website, ask them to go to your own blog or website, or promote anything on another website - like your Millsberry auctions, raffles, and yardsales - you can't get mean and nasty with one another or post generally nasty stuff, and you can't break any laws. Keep that in mind, and I'll bet you won't have any trouble here.
Theoretically at least, this is an adult website, and whether you actually are an adult or not, if you behave in a mature, responsible, civil manner and follow the rules, you'll be fine. If not, you, and your posts very well may wind up gone. Its all up to you.
