Millsberry: Wasn't I supposed to get my certificates and belts? Why haven't I gotten them?

I have my certificates for my yellow and orange and I am now a black belt. I worked my way up, but I never did get certificates for green, blue, or brown. The belt on my outfit didn't ever upgrade from orange either. So even though I passed the black belt and did everything, I don't have any of my certificates. Is there a way I can get them, or is it too late now?
