Quick AIM Question

How do I set my AIM so that the taskbar icon flashes when an IM is sent? I never know when people are talking to me because the sound is off, so that I don't here annoying the bee-boops, while I'm listening to music.

I just opened AIM and found Notifications under Preferences. That was the closest thing I could find to what you want.
