Do unicorns get worms?

DO they?

If they do, who worms them?

Do their hoofs need trimming?

Are their horns deciduous, or permanent?

Re: Do unicorns get worms?
No. Dragons and unicorns do not get worms. I strongly doubt any other "fire breathing" creature gets worms.

No. They pass off excess heat through the hooves, to augment heat transfer through the nose, which is often mistaken for "breathing fire", which, of course, they don't.

Permanent, I think, but it's hard to tell. A unicorn without a horn would look remarkably like a horse.

Unicorns do not breathe fire.

They have cloven hooves, and a tail like a lion, so, even without a horn, they would not look like a horse.

See?

This is coincidental, really.

I've just been going through my old vinyl collection, trying to find good albums to search out on digital, so that I can hear the stuff again.

"Unicorn" was one of the very first albums I bought with my hard earned paper round money, back in 1970? (ish).
It was by an unknown band called Tyrannosaurus Rex, well before Marc Bolan changed their name to T.Rex and went all commercial on us.

...."She was born to be my Unicorn
Robed head of ferns
Cat child. tutored by the learned....."

Ah, those were the days.......levi's with frayed bell bottoms, Players No.6, Brut aftershave.......

I've no idea about the worms thing though.....sorry.

Do you know about their hooves, though?

Of course they don't breath fire. I thought I just said that.

As for the tail, you might better compare it to a zebra's. A long, ropy looking thing with a tuft on the end. If you saw the Sheena movie, you have noticed the so called zebra she was riding had a tail remarkably like an Arabian - not a zebra.

I think they had the usual horse type hoof.

Size ranged from 7-9 (UK) if they wore brogues.

Oh, man. Waiting for a picture to load takes me back to the days (very early days) of instant photography.

Well, that picture has much similarity to a real unicorn as a Zuni bear fetish has to a real bear. In other words, it helps to know what it is before you form an opinion.

So you're saying that a Unicorn is just a horny old goat?

Maybe I should change my middle name.......

No, they are not goats at all.

What an odd fancy!!! Why, one might almost as well say that orthoraptors were just scaly humans, since both walk on their hind legs!

Must we be so reductionist in our discussions? Is bathos to be construed as wit?

And you almost always disagree with me Roger. I believe it will be a sign of coming apocalypse if youdo not.

I am certain they do not chew cud.

This means you will not be attempting to eat them, one hopes?

Yesterday I was ten meters away from that unicorn shown in the first tapestry.

Today I asked if it got worms (or other parasites for that matter) and they told me NO.

Each tapestry is connected with one sense, the one shown above is the sense of vision.
