I am 15 and I am 5;10 -5'11 i weigh about 190-200 pounds and i have agut but thats about the only thing wrong, Does anyone have any diet that work and would help me lose weight FAST~!
The best diet I found at your age is called EXERCISE! Run, lift weights, bike, hike and get your ass moving.

Diets are fads and you won't get anywhere. Lifestyle changes are what keep you thin and fit.
Thank you Bella. When I was that age I had trouble keeping my weight UP because I was so active. I could eat prodigious amounts of food with no ramifications.
When we were that age, playing outside and being active was the way we spent our time. Not parked on the couch watching tv or playing video games.
I still enjoy playing outside and being active. If I had to sit around all the time I'd lose my mind and get fat. Nothing worse than a fat crazy person.
