Sooner Engineering Inc. was a Defense contractor that went defunct in the early 90's due to fraud. I did a google search and came up with many hits for Sooner Engineering but none were for this company.
Long shots will be appreciated.

Where was the company located?

Sooner Engineering had a plant in Lakeland Florida. I believe the plant was built there because the county (Polk) has cheap land and lax environmental enforcement. I do not know where they were incorporated but it may be Illinois.
The Board was made up of ex military and Pentagon employees who were in the business of bilking the government.
I wanted to trace these people and see what boards they are now sitting on.

I believe this company is also known as "Lakeland Manufacturing, Inc."
As an FYI, I'm not sure if these people are "Directors" or not but they are all listed as people involved with Sooner Defense of FL and Lakeland Manuf. that are all barred from any government contract award until April 2009.
