Which is worst?
I think it must be Superman. Wht Say?
Are we limited to those that have appeared on film?
Hawkman comes to mind....
Well, my vote would certainly fall with the Batman costume from Batman & Robin. The Bat-codpiece and Bat-nipples and the fact that they felt the need to show us the hero's latex clad butts kinda ruined it for me. Well, ruined it further than it already was.
Yesterday, we went out to watch Superman Returns. Somebody, seated in the row behind us, commented during one of Superman's stunts, " Why Superman has to wear his undie over his costume?" Well....WOOPS!!
If we're talking about films only, then (much as it breaks my heart to do so!) I'll have to go with Spider-Man. As ludicrous as Superman's outfit is, there's something about the cape that at least admits to the costume's outlandishness--it's not really trying to be serious. Spider-Man's (original) outfit, on the other hand, looks like kids' pajamas.

Point taken. She's my favorite character in that movie, though I must respectfully point out that her new version of Mr. Incredible's costume pales in comparison to her older one... the blue and black is way classier.
I couldn't see the picyures either so I checked the peoperties of the pictures and keyed the address for the picture directly into my address bar. Now I can see them.
Yeah, sometimes they're there for me and sometimes not. Ugh. Not that one should feel deprived for having not seen those costumes.
It's gotta be Joel Shumacher's version of the Batman costume complete with Bat-Nipples! Which I always felt was a bix sexist - I mean Batman and Robin both got sculpted nipples on their suits - yet Alicia Silverstone's Batgirl did not!
She only had them when she was cold or excited.
