A Toronto filmmaker has become a 'chinlone' expert and his film shows the magic of that game played in Myanmar for 1500 years. It seems more than tricks or virtuosity, it is a zen-like state of mind.

I play hacky sack almost eveyday.

Its fantastic, deffintly stretches your mind as to what your body can do, and helps nimble a person out, but if your even going to try, stretch befor you do it, or your really going to pull something.
