Im 16 years old and 125 pounds, iv got a tiny bit of fat, but other then that, im very toned and on the right track to being ripped.

But just biking everyday is keeping me at a good level, but i want to push this, i want extremly toned, and riped muscels.

What would be some good excersises to largly increase the size of my biceps, thighs, butt, and ab's?

Weightlifting. Now is the time to get yourself in shape. At your school you must have some sort of weightlifting equipment. When I was your age I got a job at a place haling heavy bags of cement and fertilizers. I got real strong. Today I have a back so strong I'm the envy of all the "old folks". I'm 46.

Sorry to say, there is no pool, no weight lifting area's, or anything besides a gym which is used for class only activity's.

Althought i could purchase a gym member ship from out local collage whih would be nice, im not sure if its exactly what i need when im open to other out door activity's that could do the same thing and possible for free.

If you're looking to muscle up there's no better way than weight lifting. However, pushups, situps, ams curls, pull ups and anything that will get your muscles working is good. Try lifting some heavy rocks. Also, running is good for the legs. Mix it up with distance and sprinting.
