Help for my htaccess for this phpBB MOD

Hello

Can I put the httaccess of this mod in my root directory?

I add Rewritebase /forum but don't work!

My web is EDIT: MODERATOR: LINK REMOVED and my forum EDIT: MODERATOR: LINK REMOVED

i want put the htaccess in my main httaccess in my root directory
