"I kind of expose myself ."
I heard this sentence in a movie,but I don't know its meaning.
Could you help me ?

I would have to see the sentence in context. It could mean a number of things:
The person is allowing others to discern her most private thoughts.
The person is allowing herself to be subjected to a dangerous situation.
It is important when you try to understand a sentence, to understand the meaning of the thoughts that are being presented.
To "expose yourself" can also mean to take off clothing (i.e. exposing body parts that are generally kept covered. This is how I would interpret this phrase without context..
Pheonix's definitions are all correct... but saying I kind of expose myself to mean an emotional exposure is a bit awkward since there are better ways to express this.
I bet in the movie someone feels embarrassed about not being covered by clothing.
