Question from someone currently studying for the BAR

I thought I'd ask this question on behalf of all of us who are studying for the current July bar.

Would any of you be willing to share websites that go into detail in describing tricky legal concepts, and/or provide examples of legal issues that are commonly confused by most students?

I mean things like the "Rule against perpetuities," the difference between a novation contract and a surety contract, Statute of Frauds issues, Parole Evidence rule, etc...

Currently I am taking a bar prep course (as most of us are), and it's good, but I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I tend to learn best when I get information from different "angles." So far I have a pretty good grasp on the material, but every last bit helps.

Well, I graduated in '86 and we didn't have a newfangled Internet thingie then. But I did find a few things that might help -- the stuff you're interested in, except for a semi-reliable site like Wikipedia, just isn't online all in one place, because Bar review classes ain't givin' this stuff away.
