"konw" is just misspelled.
"Yet" is a word for the future........ "I dont know chinese words yet"
"Have" is not a word to use here

It is very frustrating to learn another language and also frustrating to try to explain why we use some words in a certain way. You are doing really well so far, keep up the good work.

bobqz007, English doesn't really make sense. There are lots of stupid rules and alot of them don't make sense. Alot of the time "commen usage" is followed rather then the rules. Americans don't even know english.

Linguistics and semantics are not exact sciences. In fact, that's why poetry often communicates a lot more than didactic dissertation.

"House of Flying Daggers" transcends any common language -- it has a visual language that is astounding.

Oh, that's what I always thought too! But then one of those smarties on a2k came along and told me the rest of that rhyme, and guess what? in it's entirety it actually does make sense! The next part is something like, "Except in cases of blah, then blablablabla." hee hee hee...

And I swore I'd remember it from then on, and I forgot almost immediately. Maybe that wise person will stumble on this thread...

As far as I can remember, ancient is the only exception. What are the others? I called by six grade teacher on this one. He turned bright red.
