Big fare sale today on Lufthansa - ie NYC to Frankfurt for $162 one way, Dulles to London $166 one way... doesn't appear to be black out dates either.

I paid for my round flight (in May) from my local airport via Munich to Chicago, from there to New York, from there home via Francfort: $769,19 including everything (even $38 for expedia).
And exactly on the dates I wanted to fly, with Lufthansa.

Good point. I posted that mostly for martybarker. I'm a bit too far from LA to take advantage anyway. And i still don 't know when i'm going! Grrr...
